Entry Details

Applicants will be sent instructions for parade day regarding lineup and staging area assignments via email during the Thanksgiving Holiday. There is no centralized check in location. All parade entries must check in at their assigned staging area location with the staging manager who will be wearing a neon yellow safety vest that says Parade Volunteer. Fees

$45 for all entries. Parade applications are not complete until application fee is received. Parade application fees are nonrefundable. An early bird special of $35 for all entries is available if application and payment are postmarked by September 30th. A late fee of $65 is applicable for all entries whose payment is not postmarked by October 31st.
